Position: Marine Parts Department Manager
Salary: $55,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (but may slightly vary occasionally)
Status: Permanent

Requirement: Skills, Knowledge and Required Competencies:

  • Experience in boating industry, personal or professional - mandatory,
  • Completed High school diploma,
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment,

  • Sense of initiative,
  • Positive attitude at all times,
  • Very organized,

We are currently looking for a Marine parts department Manager in the Northern Vancouver area!

Primary responsibilities include: 

  • Oversight, management hands-on of the department; 
  • Assuring an excellent level of customer service with both internal and external clients;
  • Communication with a variety of staff, vendor, suppliers and other service providers; 
  • Full buying and supplying process from ordering to inventory management; 
  • Respect and Implementation of the company’s corporate ethics and values at all times.
